Founded by Dr. Consorcio Cesar Maniwan Sr., the first Boholano optometrist, he inspired 4 of his 6 children to follow his footsteps.
His Mission was to provide every patient with visual examination that should be attended to by the one optometrist so that every patient can enjoy optimal vision care through quality personalized services.
Like his father and most of his siblings, Dr. Jojo went to CEU to become a Doctor of Optometry. When he took the 1980 Optometry Board Examination, he garnered 3rd place all over the country.
Dr. Ayla is the daughter of Dr. Jojo and third-generation optometrist in the family. She also went to CEU to become a Doctor of Optometry.
